You’ve spent time talking through your story and analyzing the “why” behind your struggles. It helped you understand your patterns, but you’ve realized that just knowing why you feel anxious or stuck doesn’t automatically stop your body or heart from hurting.

Solitary Spiritual Practices

Perhaps you’ve turned to meditation, yoga, or personal reflection to find grounding. While beautifully supportive for the soul, it is incredibly difficult to process deep trauma or navigate complex relationship pain completely by yourself, without a safe container to hold it.
